Phoenix Fireworks are fireworks enthusiasts who have been in the industry for 35 years. The display team have displayed at many prestigious events and use that experience to mould the retail range of fireworks they import. They aim to create a range that assists DIY customers to create a fireworks display that is just brilliant and revered by their friends for a very long time. Making A Purchase
FIREWORKS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED TO ANYONE WHO APPEARS TO BE OR IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS. IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 TO BE IN POSSESSION OF FIREWORKS IN A PUBLIC PLACE. IF IN DOUBT WE WILL ALSO ASK FOR IDENTIFICATION ON ANY ORDERS. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment for Visa, Mastercard and switch etc. You can also pay with PayPal. Due to the increasing credit card fraud we reserve the right to investigate transactions and refuse to supply if a transaction is suspected as fraudlent. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price. This also applies to typographical errors of product descriptions. Phoenix Fireworks are continually upgrading their products and reserve the right to change a firework or the contents of a package at any time. This can mean that product descriptions or photographs can become out-of-date, but will be updated as soon as time permits. Phoenix Fireworks also reserve the right to substitute like items in an order if the ordered product becomes unavailable. |

Shipping And Handling
Shipping will only be to a UK address; and address which is the same as the card holder. Please note, due to UK firework regulations on the transportation of hazardous goods, our outdoor firework carriage costs have drastically increased. As a means of minimising customer charges, we have absorbed the majority of the costs ourselves. We are now no longer able to send rockets by courier, therefore rockets are for pick up only. Please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery, enabling us and our delivery service providers to get the item(s) to you. If the carriers are unable to deliver they will charge an additional delivery charge for re-delivery which we will have to debit from your card. There is the option in the order form to enter an alternative address for delivery (e.g. place of work, neighbour, etc.) if you or someone else on your behalf are unavailable during the weekday to receive the package(s) and so avoid the extra charge for re-delivery. Deliver is usually a three day from order, but next day delivery can be supplied if requested. On rare occasions and in the interests of security and for the protection of genuine customers as well as ourselves we reserve the right to deliver goods ordered to the card holder's billing address even if an alternative address for delivery has been given. For all orders placed in October we will assume that these are for November 4th or 5th. As such these orders will be sent by Nightfreight on or just after November 1st. Please specify you display date if different. |
| Delivery Schedule Delivery in October and November will be assumed to be in time for November 5th. We will hold the orders and then despatch about a week before the event. Please email us should you require a different delivery time. |

Returns Policy
Goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Before returning any items the customer must telephone us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be quoted on paperwork accompanying the item being returned. Goods must be returned 'as sold', in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received. Goods must be returned within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days. You must organise the return of items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a Returns Authorisation Number. Goods received without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will be returned back to you and the cost charged to your account.
